Aaron Taylor, MSIT

Aaron's drive and motivation knows no bounds.  He has been an active volunteer and leader with several community organizations across the USA, from the JayCees, Rotary International, VFW, Elks Club, and the Boy Scouts of America, to the St Paul Dragon Festival, St Paul-Nagasaki Sister Cities Committee, Asia Pacific Cultural Heritage Foundation, Passage to China, Rebuilding Together, Human Rights Campaign, Sansei Yonsei Kai, Como Zoo & Conservatory, Wells Fargo Green, PRIDE, Asian Connection, Latin Connection, and Creativity TMNs, and many more.  He has been nominated more than 14 times for volunteer activity and diversity awards, and recognized in 10 states over his lifetime, including past recognition for outstanding morals and performance by Former President Bill Clinton, New Jersey state Senators and Congressmen, and many local and regional organizations.  Aaron has given more than 1400 volunteer hours and $20,000 since 2012. 

Employed with Wells Fargo in Minneapolis, MN., Aaron loves his position in the Data Center Engineering fields.  He brings the same passion to work every day, and has been called "renegade", "troublemaker", and other things in the scope of his work.  But that same drive and energy won him the Wells Fargo TOG's highest award, recognized by less than 3% of the organization's Top Performers.  Aaron's career path includes a variety of Data Center experience, and he has completed projects with Amazon, eBay, Edmunds, MySpace, ESPN, Yahoo, Google, Lehman Brothers, eHarmony, and many others.  He has worked in 46 states and 6 countries.  His professional experience also includes being a REALTOR, Mortage Loan Originator, Insurance Producer, Locksmith, Volunteer Fire Fighter, First Responder, Amateur Radio Operator, Volunteer Communications Coordinator with the US Air Force and other government and private entities, and many other activities.  Above all, Aaron loves to be a mentor and teacher, and he is always happy to give whatever knowledge and experience he has to anyone who seeks it.

Aaron has Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in IT, and is currently attending the University of Phoenix in a Doctoral program for Organizational Leadership (DMOL).  His ongoing leadership experience, combined with an innate personal desire to mentor and teach others, makes him an outstanding leader in all of his life, and here with the NorthStar Furs. 

On the side, what little time remains in his very busy schedule, Aaron enjoys building things, going out to dinner with colleagues, watching movies and some TV, being an amateur wine enthusiast, and generally keeping up the same level of energy and activity in all aspects of his life.
